Order Picker

Order Pickers offer the operator the same function as a pedestrian pallet truck but with the added benefit of stacking and de-stacking goods at height. These trucks are typically used in narrow aisles and allow operators to elevate themselves to reach items stored at various heights. They are a crucial piece of equipment in many distribution centers and warehouses for order fulfillment

Courses we offer

E1 - Medium lift up to and including 2.5 meters (Rider)
E2 - High lift over 2.5 meters (Rider)

Course Details

The order picker truck courses we offer are aimed at operators with different levels of ability. We are able to cater for both novice and experienced handlers. We also offer conversion and refresher courses.

This can vary depending on the experience level and the number of candidates completing the course. For a novice with no prior experience, a typical course can last between 2-3 days, and for the more experienced handler, courses including the conversion course can be completed within 1-2 days. A refresher course can be completed on the same day, aslong as the candidate has an in-date certificate within the previous 5 years

This will depend on what level of experience the candidates have already reached. The list below explains what course is best suited to each candidate;

Novice course - The novice course is designed for candidates who have had no previous experience on this equipment

Experienced course - The experienced course is designed for candidates who hav previous experience on this type of equipment but cannot provide evidence of a previous accredited training certificate

Conversion course - The conversion course is designed for candidates who have previous experience working on a similar piece of equipment to the counterbalance truck

Refresher course - The refresher course is designed for candidates wishing to extend their current certificate (Handlers must have an in-date certificate within the previous 5 years)
